Hi, I'm Irfan Šahman.
I build websites and web apps with Next.js and React, from the interface to the backend. I care about how they work after launch, too.
Products I run, live websites and work for clients.
A sports marketplace I founded and built for Bosnia and Herzegovina. People can find trainers by sport, city and location, with 220+ trainers now on the platform and partnerships with MuscleFreak and VR Arena Sarajevo.
A SaaS product for coaches and clients: training plans, workout logs, check-ins, progress and messages. Currently in beta.
My fitness coaching website. Visitors can browse services, prices and client results, then contact me directly. I designed and built it with Next.js.
An art-focused website I designed and developed around original paintings and commissioned work, combining expressive visuals with a restrained editorial layout and a gallery-first browsing experience.
A car-rental website built for Nomad Point, with vehicle discovery, booking requests, direct messaging and a clear mobile-first experience. The project also focuses on performance and local search visibility.
A custom website I’m building from scratch for an electrical services company in Sarajevo, with a strong focus on presenting their services clearly, building trust and creating simple paths to service bookings and quote requests.
A legal services website currently in development, focused on credibility, clear service presentation and a restrained editorial visual identity.
years in the military.
Before a different chapter.
I'm a developer from Sarajevo.
My route here was a little different.
I spent 14 years in the military and around 20 years in fitness. Working with people taught me to listen, explain things clearly and follow through.
I got into development because I wanted to build my own ideas. That led to MojTrener.ba and, later, MojTrener Online.
Today I work across frontend, backend and databases. I enjoy figuring things out and seeing people use what I've built.
The tools I use across my projects.

I made another way to explore this portfolio. It starts with early computing and ends with what I'm building today.
